Notice# The fee for the Referral Card is for The Referral Card, and its paid to MOPASS Referral (who creates the Electronic Referral Cards). This is paid by The B5 Community. Therefore, The B5 Community will collect a monthly flat-fee for MOOPASS, to ensure that the business is making good on the rquirements to have its Referral Card.
Where a Referral Card is suspended - even for non payment - that Referral Card will be deemed as a new start, upon renewal. If a business status was deleted after suspension then the business status cannot be verifeid where it no longer exists. Therefore, the business will loose its referal status, and its complete customer base, because of its non-viable status..

Businesses whose reviews are at 4.0 and above are not at target for our strike.

Between 4.0 and 4.2:
Silver Card Status Get Referral Card

Between 4.3 and 4.6 :
Gold Card Status Get Referral Card

Between 4.7 and 5.0 :
Platinum Card Status Get Referral Card
Any Business that have 10 or more reviews and its averave score is less than 4.0, is tentatively targeted for a strike. except that business establist a Minimun Referral Card prior to its investigation time, that business may experience a permanent strike. The Referral Card will take the business off the Strike List and automatically register that business to our Referral Recovery Program. In this the business will recieve helpful resources to improve its performances.
The business will start with a Bronze Status, and its referrability will improve with adherance to our program.
The status level will be elevated accordingly, as time progresses.
